So glad we choose it, it's super base for staying in Newport Beach. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. It is surely good value.

The staff was great and we would like to stay longer. We were moved to a king room and had a small refrigerator, a flat-screen television and a writing table. We truly enjoyed to chill in the nearby helmsman ale house👍

rooms are very clean and staff are great. enjoyed that a heating system, television and a writing table were included. don't forget to explore balboa peninsula district. we did not want to leave there, can recommend.

Totally a great experience. Set right by Pirate House. Keep your car at the free parking.

We liked the location and breakfast and appropriate prices. You can eat at Zen Sushi, which is set 400 metres away from the property. You should definitely explore Balboa Peninsula district, it's worth it...
